Customer Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of public cruises. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund. For bookings made within 24 hours of the cruise, the reservation is nonrefundable. No-shows or late cancellations without prior notice will not receive a refund or be eligible for rescheduling.

Charter Cancellations by 2 Boat Charters

In cases of unsuitable weather, mechanical issues, or insufficient participants, 2 Boat Charters may need to cancel a cruise. In such cases, we offer the option to reschedule or a full refund at the customer’s discretion. If a cruise is canceled while underway, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the duration of the cruise completed.

Late Arrivals

To ensure smooth operations, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before your scheduled cruise time. Boarding begins 15 minutes prior to departure. Cruises depart promptly, and no refunds will be provided for late arrivals.

Private Charters

Cancellations for private charters require 48 hours’ notice to receive a full refund.

Inherent Risk

Booking a charter with 2 Boat Charters involves inherent risks associated with boating activities. By boarding, you acknowledge the potential risks from boat movement, water currents, and other conditions beyond our control. By participating, you agree not to hold 2 Boat Charters, its employees, or owners liable for any injuries resulting from these conditions.

General Policies

Schedule Changes: Cruise schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
Non-Discrimination: We proudly serve clients of all ages, races, creeds, and genders.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted on any of our trips.
Alcohol and Smoking: Guests may not bring alcohol on public tours; however, alcohol is allowed on private tours with a maximum of six passengers. Smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes, is not allowed on any vessel.
Intoxication and Drug Policy: Boarding may be refused if a guest appears visibly intoxicated. Illegal substances, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited, and violators may be handed over to law enforcement authorities.

Your privacy is important to us. We will not sell or share your personal or payment information. Details provided during booking are used solely for booking purposes. We may contact you via phone or email regarding your reservation.
