Yes, you may bring whatever you please. We provide ice and bottled water on all of our charters. NO glass or Styrofoam allowed on the charter. If you’d like to have wine or beer on-board already at arrival please call Ronnie to make arrangements.

Of course, however, we have plenty of coolers to accommodate your party; however, if any special arrangements need to be accommodated please contact Ronnie so we can make this happen for you.

Only if you enjoyed yourself. We are in the hospitality business and are here to make nearly whatever you want to happen, happen.  It’s usually customary to tip at least 15 to 20 percent or more, but this is totally up to you.  We accept and prefer cash tips or Zelle. 

Please call Ronnie to discuss this. Reason being is Cabbage Key for example does not allow pets of any kind.  We could most likely accommodate a dog on a Majek charter, but there no pets allowed on the Regal charter unless it is a certified ADA Service Animal.  We will try to accommodate you the best we can so just call the office.

There is a full head with macerator aboard the Regal, but there is not a head on the Majek. If we are on a Majek charter by stopping at a key or beach, dip in the water, or cruise somewhere where there are bathroom facilities. 

  • Charter Cancellations by the Customer
    • We require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations and rescheduling of private charters. Clients who fail to show for a charter reservation or cancel without proper notice (e-mail or confirmed phone call) will not receive any refund or be eligible to reschedule. Cancellations made before 48 hours of your scheduled event will receive a full refund or reschedule. If you book your charter within 48 hours of departure time, the booking is nonrefundable.
  • Charter Cancellations by 2 Boat Charters
    • In the event of unsuitable weather, technical difficulties and mechanical issues beyond our control we may cancel your charter. In this circumstance our policy is to reschedule or issue a full refund at the customer’s choice. In the event of cancellation during your charter, a partial refund or credit can be issues depending on where we are at at that time while on charter.

No smoking is permitted while onboard any of our vessels, this includes all vape and e-cigarette devices.

In almost all cases no, we have a variety of adult sized life vests; however if you have small children you will need to bring a proper fitting vest upon boarding in some cases children will be required by law to have it on at all time as well depending on age.

A light rain will not prevent us from cruising, but unsafe boating conditions will result in trip cancellation. If a trip is cancelled due to weather or any other concerns, every effort will be made to notify all reservation holders in a timely manner.

None of our boats are “accessible” by ADA guidelines, and they are not required to be due to their small size.

Our boats are located in punta gorda and alligator creeck. Due to damage caused to marinas, restaurants, and normal pickup locations by hurricane Milton and kalima, We will discuss reservations prior to booking, please contact Ronnie for more details. 

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled charter.

We do not have senior discounts or military discounts. However, we run many specials throughout the year that offer discounted tickets to the military, first responders, educators, and other groups. Sign up for our e-newsletter for details!

Possible wildlife sightings include alligators, herons, eagles, ospreys, wood storks, egrets, spoonbills, pelicans, and other bird species.

More than 200 dolphins live in Charlotte Harbor and we encounter them at some point during most of our cruises. We often spot rays and leaping fish and pelicans, cormorants and ospreys are common sightings too.

We cannot guarantee dolphin sightings. We see dolphins on most of our cruises but you are most likely to spot them on our full-day island charters.

Of course we do! We have a large selection of toys depending on what type of charter you select. We have snorkeling gear, lounge on a large floating water mat, shelling nets, swim saddles, tubes or inflatable rafts, and more. 

Yes! We provide everything you need to have a great day fishing on your charter. You can also bring your own rods and tackle if you prefer. 

Please Note:

Boarding may be denied if you appear to be visibly intoxicated prior to boarding.  If you are found in possession of illegal drugs while on board our vessel you will be handed over to the Coast Guard or local law enforcement. Our vessels are under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Coast Guard and marijuana is classified as an illegal drug by the Federal Government.
